About the Town

Our chic and distinct Cheam Village office sits in what is one of the most sought after areas of suburban surrey. The Village and local area is deeply steeped in History; from a Doomsday book mention to the beautiful Gothic revival architecture and grounds of Non-such mansion. Other points of interest include a preserved timber framed house open to the public and dating from the 1500’s. Things have moved on since the census taken in 1801 when Cheam was reported to have 616 residents! The area is mostly 1900+ residential architecture with new large build executive homes being built often.

The area is affluent and caters well for the whole family; sought after schooling for all ages is a draw for many from all surrounding areas. Private Golf, tennis and bowels clubs are all present as well as a riding school and paddocks.

The Village high street offers a café society experience with upper market supermarket and coffee shop chains. Commuting to and from London via national rail is easy and convenient whilst local road networks are superb (the M25 & A3 are both short drives).
