Buy-to-Let with a tenant in place

There are multiple benefits to all parties involved with this – the existing tenant will have already completed their financial checks as well as having a proven track record as a tenant.  There will be no additional agency checks to find a new tenant, thus reducing costs. 

If the property can be sold with a tenant in place, there is no potential ‘void’ period where there is no income.  The property can earn the new landlord an income from the date of completion of the sale.  In a Buy-to-let market this offers a lower risk to landlords and is the best option for both the buyer and the seller.
