Raynes Park Rising

Raynes Park was once a drive through town on the way from Kingston to Wimbledon and there was nothing to stop for.  As the location has developed and become desirable in its own right, people are choosing to move there for the schools, rail links and the cosmopolitan feel of the area.  With the busy high street and shops, cafes and bars, it’s a popular place to live and is now seen as an extension of Wimbledon.

We’ve also noticed a difference in our market place - having always dealt with one bedroom flats to three bedroom houses.  During the past year Goodfellows has also become a name in Wimbledon and are winning fantastic instructions going up to the common.

It’s not always about the agent, it’s about the people, and our staff are dedicated and hard working.  If we have a property that is let on a multi-agency basis, we often let them first.  George and Dean have recently been instructed on a house which was on with one of our competitors only moments from our office which they had struggled to let for over a month – as soon as the team in our Raynes Park office were instructed on the property and they let it straight away.

To find out more about the area and the properties that we have on offer, or if you’re a landlord with property in the area, give us a call on 020 8946 6511 or click here.
