We are open!
We're pleased to say all our branches are now open. Following recent government guidance on moving home issued on 13 May 2020 we have conducted the appropriate risk assessments and put the advised safety procedures in place.
You can view a template of our risk assessment document here. This outlines our process for the safety of our branches, staff and customers.
Visiting our branches
Whilst our branches are now open, we ask that you call to make an appointment to see us. This allows us to ensure that we only have the permitted number of customers in our branches at any time and that we have an agent available to see you.
Our branch opening hours can be found on our branch pages.
We are now able to provide physical viewings in properties, however we ask customers to do a virtual viewing first (if available) to reduce the number of times we're visiting a property. We have produced some guides so you know what to expect on the day and how we are keeping viewings safe for both accompanied and unaccompanied viewings.
Just to reassure you, we have used the Government Guidance for Working in Other People's Homes as the basis for our assessments and have produced the required risk assessment. This ensures our visits are carried out in a safe manner for you and our staff.
