About Goodfellows Carshalton Beeches

Our office in Carshalton Beeches caters for the surrounding areas including, but not limited to, Carshalton, South Sutton, Carshalton Beeches, Belmont and Banstead. 

We provides both sales and lettings services in SM5 3, SM5 4, SM1 4, SM2 5, SM5 2, SM5 1 and SM1 3.

Carshalton Beeches is a leafy suburb which has many listed and historic buildings – including the Honeywood Museum which is next to the two ponds in Carshalton and opposite the Grade II listed All Saints Church.The surrounding area also offers a choice of sports centre, including swimming pools at Westcroft Leisure Centre, local football, rugby, cricket and tennis clubs are popular with all ages.

Travel links to London can be made via train to London Victoria or London Bridge in just over half an hour, or other London stations via Clapham Junction.  Everything is within easy reach – road access to city and countryside is easy via the A217, A3, A23, A24, M23 and M25 to London Heathrow and London Gatwick.

Government announcement on Section 21
Today, the UK Government has announced its intention to abolish Section 21 notices for eviction on residential tenancies in England as part of efforts to create open ended tenancies for all private renters. Section 8 evictions are also set to be reformed and a consultation will be launched shortly to gather evidence from stakeholders and the general public.
