If you're selling a property in the surrounding area, Goodfellows is the place to go. Led by the charismatic and passionate Stefan, the team are incredible. We approached a number of agents to sell our family home (that we'd owned for over 40 Years!), Goodfellows were by far the most suitable and competent agent for our sale. The second Stefan stepped through the door, we knew we had to go with them.
They listened to our requirements, and managed expectations accordingly. The team put together a comprehensive go-to-market plan for our property, and found us the perfect buyer in a short amount of time.
After reaching the point of sale-agreed, Sabrina was responsible for the remaining stages. She checked in with us regularly and made sure everything was progressing as planned. She is a highly efficient and tenacious character - a true asset to her team. Above all else she is empathetic and kind, something that can often be hard to find in the estate agent world.
I cannot fault the team at all, the multiple other five star reviews are a true testament to their hard work and ability to just get things done!

I rarely ever find the time to write reviews anymore, but this person I have dealt with at Goodfellows - Cheam Village deserves the recognition and respect from her managers, Lorraine Green. She is genuinely a one in a million. I have dealt with properties since 2013 and not once have I ever experienced a sales person who truly wants the best for her clients, regardless if they buy from her or not. I dealt with Lorraine back in the Summer and she showed me a property. She was kind, friendly and very informative and honest. She never once pushed me for a sale, she never pestered me, she always followed up and made herself available to me for questions at any time. She was down to earth and felt like a friend upon our first interaction. After the first viewing, I contacted Lorraine almost 4 months later, I mentioned my name and she knew exactly who she was talking to, what my situation was, my motorbike, the fact I had a dog and even remembered my partner didn't turn up to the last viewing! She made a ridiculous amount of effort that I have never seen in anyone before, to remember the tiniest of details about me made me feel like she wasn't just after a sale, she wanted the best for me and was interested in my well being and happiness. A good-hearted person!
Lorraine booked a second viewing for me this week, unfortunately I didn't see her on the day but we had a follow up call to find out how the viewing went. I had made an offer on a property elsewhere and this had been accepted, but Lorraine was over the moon for me. She didn't care that I didn't buy from her, she was excited and felt the same relief I had felt after a lengthy stressful time for me trying to find the perfect property. She spent a good while allowing me to ask questions in relation to me buying this property elsewhere, she answered questions I had about conveyancers, mortgages and she went above and beyond to obtain information for me, not forgetting the fact I didn't buy a property from her! Sales members are notoriously known in most industries of pushing for sales and if there is no money in it for them, they are quick to forget you and move onto the next person. This is far from the case with Lorraine. I have agreed to keep her updated through my progress, and God forbid it doesn't work out with this property, Lorraine will be the first person I call.
The senior management at this branch as well as directors have to know about Lorraine, I'm not sure if they are aware of this wonderful lady but I hope my words encourage them to reward her and show her the recognition and respect she deserves. To lose her as an employee, this branch will truly experience a major loss and will be a huge blow to the team. I wish Lorraine the absolute best with everything and could not fault her at all with anything. Lorraine, thank you a million times, you will never truly understand how appreciative I am. You have over delivered and never once stopped caring or being outstanding during this pandemic and have always been positive and helpful.

I give Sabrina and her team a five star.
They are simply amazing and very helpful.
My husband and I were first time buyers and bought our property recently.
Sabrina helped us every step of the process and I can’t thank her enough for all her help!
Professional throughout, with consistent updates. Sabrina and Stefan was very friendly, nice and helpful, they made the buying process very smooth for us.

Louise was excellent at every stage of letting my house out, as was Mandy with the initial meeting, explaining how everything worked, possible rent and flexibility with managing the property. I find the whole Fine & country/Goodfellows crossover confusing..you seem to do everything on one letterhead and pay their prices but deal with and review the other!? That said it does not take away from the professionalism and friendliness from these two ladies.
