We had a lot of setbacks and up until Steve took over the sale we were at wits' end. Steve made things much easier for us! Being first time buyers, he advised the way the process works and what was involved, helping me to understand and able to chase the solicitors with the knowledge. He chased and pushed like you wouldn't believe and tried his hardest to get the sale to exchange. Communication was great, Steve is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and down to earth but remained professional. Thank you for all of your hard work on helping me buy my first home. It wasn't the easiest of journeys but, with the team's support it made things easier. I am so thankful to Kismet and Steve and really felt they went above and beyond there role to help when they can. I was worried about selling up as Wandle are so slow most of the time but I can not fault Goodfellows at all. A massive thanks to Kismet for EVERYTHING and all the chasing and thanks to Steve for stepping in and again going above and beyond to help as best he could! I don't know what I would have done without Kismet to be honest.
