All Saints Benhilton School Association Christmas 2024 Colouring Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. All Saints Benhilton School Association Christmas 2024 Colouring Competition (the “Competition”) is open to pupils attending All Saints Benhilton School paying the entry fee (“You”).
2. To enter the Competition, You should colour in ONE Christmas colouring sheet and return your finished picture to your child’s teacher by Thursday 5th December.
3. You may only submit one entry to this promotion.
4. When submitting your Competition entry, You must provide the child’s name, class and the name and contact telephone number of a parent or guardian. This information will only be used or processed for the purposes of the competition. All data from unsuccessful persons, collected for the purposes of competition will be securely disposed of after the competition has ended and no record of any data collected will be stored or maintained.
5. Details of the winners will be shared on www.facebook.com/GoodfellowsEstate  www.instagram.com/goodfellowsuk and displayed in the Goodfellows Stonecot Hill office.
6. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You agree to Goodfellows publishing your entry and your name, class and school for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry and winner of the Competition.
7. Staff members from Goodfellows will select winning entries considered to be the most original, festive and well-coloured pictures.
8. Goodfellows’ decision will be made by Friday 13th December. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Submitting an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions.
10. The 3 selected winners will each receive a £25 Smyths Toys Superstores voucher.
11. Winners will be notified by phone/text using details provided at entry by Friday 20th December. Prizes should be collected from the Goodfellows Stonecot Hill branch by Monday 23rd December.
12. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by You and cannot be redeemed by You for cash or any other prizes.
13. The Promoter of the Competition is All Saints Benhilton School Association, All Saints Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 3DA. Any complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
14. The Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
