Estate Agency Industry Regulations
Goodfellows are members of the most recognised Industry Bodies protecting and monitoring the Estate Agency industry. So you can rest assured that you and your property interests are in safe and reliable hands.
All estate agents in the residential property industry are regulated by The Estate Agents Act 1979 (EAA) and also general consumer protection legislation such as the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs).

Goodfellows display the Propertymark Protected logo. This aims to offer better protection for their clients. Members are also subject to Propertymark Conduct and Membership Rules and disciplinary procedures with sanctions for those who fall below the expected standards. Anyone using an agent displaying the Propertymark Protected logo will be confident that their agent is guiding them on their property journey.
