The team at Goodfellows worked really well to manage the end of the rental with the marketing of the property for sale. Joel was well-informed and realistic about likely sale to completion timings and Goodfellows marketed and generated interest for viewings of the property quickly. When one part of the chain wasn't able to continue Joel kept me informed and updated, liasing with all parties in the chain which made the process as stress-free as possible. Thankfully this didn't cause much of a delay for the overall completion.
