Our online valuation tool provides an estimated property value based on recent sales data, property information and local market activity.

How is an online property valuation calculated?

Online valuations use publicly available property data, recent sold prices and local market trends to generate an estimated value for your home.

It doesn't take into account any developments made to a property so may not include any additional bedrooms or features such as an outside office or an en-suite that you may have added.

To get a more accurate valuation, we always recommend booking in with an estate agent.

How accurate is an online property valuation?

Online valuations provide a useful indication of value, but they cannot account for every factor that may influence a property's market value.

What’s the benefit of an online valuation?

The online valuation tool will give you a quick estimated value of your property. This is based on what properties like yours have sold or let for recently. It will never be as accurate as getting an agent to visit the property, who has expert knowledge of that area, but is good step to finding out what your house could be sold or let for.

I used Goodfellows to rent my apartment whilst overseas and they were absolutely fantastic from Robbie who priced it up, found great tenants to David who ensured all the correct legal procedures were carried out to Sophie who managed the property for 2 years - dealing with quite a few issues including rats in our property [not due to the tenants] - but got to the bottom of the problem and managed to sort the whole thing. The whole team was just incredible. I've sadly had 2 very bad experiences before and I cannot tell you how nice it feels when things are managed properly and you don't have to worry about a thing.
