My dad is looking to downsize and he was not familiar with Mitcham. However Sarmilan spoke to my dad on the phone about the area, booked him in for a couple of viewings and we quickly came to learn the area. Sarmilan told us the local supermarkets, train stations and he knows the buses routes very well. I would highly recommend speaking to Sarmilan when it comes to knowing the Mitcham area.
