About Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two factor authentication (2FA), also known as two step verification, helps to improve the security of your My Goodfellows account.

How it works

2FA works by sending a code to you, via email, every time you try to log into your My Goodfellows account. The code will be 5 digits long and expire after 10 minutes. 

Why is it mandatory?

We are committed to ensuring your data is safe. By having 2FA mandatory on your account we are protecting you, and your data, by making it harder for someone else to access your account.
