Competition – Terms and Conditions

1.  The Goodfellows Christmas 2021 Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all Facebook users in the UK aged 18+ years.

2.  To enter the Competition, you must visit www.facebook.com/GoodfellowsEstateAgent and complete ALL of the following actions before 11.59pm on Sunday 19^th December 2021:

• Like the Goodfellows Facebook page.
• Add 1 or more photos of your Christmas tree or exterior decorations to a new comment on the pinned competition post.
• Tag 3 friends in your comment.
• Share the post to your contacts.

3. You may only submit one entry to this promotion. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. 

4. Details of the winners will be shared on www.facebook.com/GoodfellowsEstateAgent.

5. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You agree to Goodfellows sharing any photos submitted and your Facebook profile name for the sole purpose of identifying You as the winner of the Competition.

6. Employees of Goodfellows and the wider LSL Property Services Plc Group are ineligible to enter this competition.

7. Staff members from Goodfellows will select winning entries from the photos submitted, 1 for best Christmas Tree, 1 for best Exterior Decorations. The winning entries will be those considered to be the most festive and colourful.

8. Goodfellows’s decision will be made on 20^th December 2021. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions.

10. The winners will each receive a Fortnum & Mason Christmas Treat Hamper.

11. Winners will be notified by Facebook on or before Tuesday 21^st December. Prizes should be collected from the Goodfellows Morden branch by Thursday 23rd December. Goodfellows reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process described above if the initial winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by Goodfellows.

12. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by You and cannot be redeemed by You for cash or any other prizes.

13. We will substitute the prizes with other prizes of similar value in the event that the original prizes offered are not available.

14. We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any reason.

15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Goodfellows accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.

16. No purchase is necessary.

17. The Promoter of the Competition is GFEA Limited whose registered number is 07223255 and registered office is 2nd Floor, Gateway 2, Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GB. Any complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.

18. The Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
