I used Goodfellows to rent my apartment whilst overseas and they were absolutely fantastic from Robbie who priced it up, found great tenants to David who ensured all the correct legal procedures were carried out to Sophie who managed the property for 2 years - dealing with quite a few issues including rats in our property [not due to the tenants] - but got to the bottom of the problem and managed to sort the whole thing. The whole team was just incredible. I've sadly had 2 very bad experiences before and I cannot tell you how nice it feels when things are managed properly and you don't have to worry about a thing.

We’ve had a very positive experience we have been deeply impressed with Joel (and in fact, the entire team at the Carshalton Beeches branch of Goodfellows). They stand head and shoulders above the local estate agencies within this area. Joel is responsive, proactive, positive, respectful and polite. He always does exactly what he says he will do. We had an extremely long and complicated path to exchange and completion honestly thought many times it would never happen but Joel always acted as an excellent communicator and he has required the can-do will-do attitude. Adam the manager at Goodfellows is also extremely good and they make a fantastic team but really Joel should be a manager at one of the other branches. He’s definitely got what it takes! We have been nothing but delighted with the service that Joel has provided.
