They stand head and shoulders above the local estate agencies within this area. Joel is responsive, proactive, positive, respectful and polite. He always does exactly what he says he will do. We had an extremely long and complicated path to exchange and completion honestly thought many times it would never happen but Joel always acted as an excellent communicator and he has required the can-do will-do attitude. Adam the manager at Goodfellows is also extremely good and they make a fantastic team but really Joel should be a manager at one of the other branches. He’s definitely got what it takes! We have been nothing but delighted with the service that Joel has provided.
