Having used Goodfellows Carshalton Beeches to manage my rental property over many years, selling my property through them was an easy decision. The team at Goodfellows worked really well to manage the end of the rental with the marketing of the property for sale. Joel was well-informed and realistic about likely sale to completion timings and Goodfellows marketed and generated interest for viewings of the property quickly. When one part of the chain wasn't able to continue Joel kept me informed and updated, liasing with all parties in the chain which made the process as stress-free as possible. Thankfully this didn't cause much of a delay for the overall completion. I was very pleased with the service at Goodfellows for both lettings and sales of the property and would recommend using them.

I used Goodfellows to rent my apartment whilst overseas and they were absolutely fantastic from Robbie who priced it up, found great tenants to David who ensured all the correct legal procedures were carried out to Sophie who managed the property for 2 years - dealing with quite a few issues including rats in our property [not due to the tenants] - but got to the bottom of the problem and managed to sort the whole thing. The whole team was just incredible. I've sadly had 2 very bad experiences before and I cannot tell you how nice it feels when things are managed properly and you don't have to worry about a thing.
