This offer is exclusive to new properties instructed to Goodfellows by existing or new clients on or before 28^th February 2025.
The promoter is EAGF Ltd (company number 07223255), registered in England at 5 Brooklands Place, Brooklands Road, Sale, Cheshire, England, M33 3SD.
Our Fully Managed Service is charged at 13% plus vat/15.6% incl. VAT of the total rent. This charge is made up of an 8% plus VAT Letting fee, deducted up front based on the term of the tenancy and a 5% plus VAT Management fee, charged monthly. This promotion provides a full discount on the 5% Management Fee for the initial three months of the agreement.
The promotion is only valid where a minimum 12 month fixed tenancy is agreed.
This promotion is only offered where Goodfellows are instructed on a sole agency basis and a To let/Let board is erected
This Promotion only applies to the Landlord Monthly management fee, and is not valid to any other fees such as the Deposit Registration Fee or Inventory Fee etc. A full list of landlords fees is available on request.
