Had a very difficult attempt to sell the house with a different agent for multiple reasons - then we went to Kerry at Goodfellows who made the whole process a lot less stressful - she valued the property correctly thus allowing a larger footfall through the door of potential buyers and eventual sale. She then helped manage the communication between myself and the conveyancing team to help push things along - this was all at the end of a three year court battle with my ex-partner to get the house on the market in the first place! Her support through this very difficult time for me was appreciated and I would def recommed her and the team at Goodfellows for anyone who seriously wants to sell. Don't be sucked in by other agents false promises of a larger sale price - you will only end up having to reduce it, potentially more than once and endure a long winded process and likelyhood of few viewings and no buyer - Goodfellows know the market, know how to sell a property effectively and are honest from the off.
