I particularly want to mention Esther Kamunga from the north charm office. I have had an important issue which she has gone to great lengths to get the matter resolved. In every other way she is polite and always ready to get issues sorted out quickly. Shes a credit to your organisation.

We recently listed our property for rental with Goodfellows and within 2 months they were able to find us tenants who offered our asking price. This was also over the Christmas period so things were a little slower than usual. I would like to call out that Beckie, Yasmin and Fella have all been very helpful and were always available to speak to us when we needed support.
