Once you request a valuation through the form above, your local Goodfellows lettings agent will aim to contact you within 24 hours to schedule a convenient time to conduct your valuation.

Do I need to be present at the property during a lettings valuation?

No, but being present allows you to highlight upgrades or ask questions. If access is arranged, agents can still provide a full report remotely

However, the Goodfellows lettings team offer services like tenant vetting, legal compliance, rent collection, and property management, which can save time and reduce risks for landlords when letting.
