Caterham - views across the valley

Caterham in Surrey has a leafy village feel which is popular with commuters, families and people who are downsizing.

The Stanstead Road in Caterham development offers a choice of style to buyers.  There are two penthouses, two levels of three apartments with balconies and underneath there are four duplex apartments with their own gardens.  The development provides an underground car park and is serviced by a lift.

Developer Paul Yorke talked about the development, the luxury apartments and how he has worked with Goodfellows to sell a number of properties on several sites he has developed.  The apartments are being built at the moment, with the foundations and external shell of the properties underway. The views are clearly visible across the valley.

Each property has two bedrooms and bathrooms, with the duplex apartments having a cloakroom as well.  The fixtures and fittings will be of a high quality and reflect the unique feel of the property.

Commuters benefit due to its location and rail links to London, as well as its proximity to the M23 and M25 motorways.  From Caterham station, next to Waitrose, train journeys to London Victoria can take as little as 47 minutes via Purley or East Croydon, alternative routes to London Bridge are also available with journey times still under an hour.

Divided into Caterham on the Hill and Caterham Valley, the area is well supplied with shops, restaurants and pubs.  The local schools have good reputations and are highly sought after.  There is a wide choice of both state and independent schools, in the primary and secondary education sectors.

Views from every apartment across the valley are stunning.  The site is well underway and the show apartment expected to be ready before Christmas with a launch forecast for Spring 2016.  To find out more and register an interest, give our Land & New Homes office a call on 01372 745562.
