It’s that time of year again when we start to plan ahead for this year’s festive activities, and we are so lucky in South West London and Surrey to have such a diverse range of Christmas fairs and markets on our doorstep.
One of London’s most popular Christmas Markets is hosted each year in Hyde Park. Running everyday from 5pm on November 17th from 10am-10pm until the 1 January 2018, except for Christmas day.
You can expect to see a huge range of produce on the Christmas market from home made crafts to gift ideas. Children of all ages can enjoy the festive fairground rides, ice-skating, winter warming foods and grottos as well as a glass of warming mulled wine.
South Bank Centre Winter Festival will also be throwing their biggest and best ever celebration organisers state, which will be running from the 10th November until the 4th January. Shoppers will be able to buy from a huge selection of gift stalls, festive products and treats. Organisers say that it is ‘guaranteed to brighten up any miserable family members shunning the Christmas Spirit.’
It will be open from 10am-10pm daily, except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
If you are looking for something outside of London how about visiting the Notre Dame School in Cobham, who are running a Christmas Gift Fair on the 10 November from 11.30am-5pm.
They say it will feature more than 50 stalls show casing great Christmas gift ideas including art, glass, jewellery, elegant candles, luxurious soap, skincare products, accessories for the men in your life, and many more wicket ideas. For more information please visit.
