The beautiful market town of Farnham has so much to offer its residents.  With a 12th Century Castle keeping watch over the surroundings, this historical town is worth exploring further.
The cobbled streets are home to a few hundred different shops and there’s a thriving local business community.  With plenty of open green spaces for families to enjoy, the town has something for everyone.  The Rotary Club plays an active part in the town, organising social events and raising money for charity.  One of their many events is the annual Duck Race along the River Wey and is a great day out for all the family.
The road and rail links into London are excellent (under an hour by train to London Waterloo) and as well as the links to the south coast, the town is well placed for a wide range of employment opportunities across South East England.
Sporting opportunities are plentiful, with a well supported Rugby Club and Cricket Club in Farnham, as well as a David Lloyd Leisure and Sports Club with swimming pool, gym and an Amida spa.
Farnham also has its own Downing Street with listed buildings full of character and historical interest.  There are a number of Grade II listed buildings throughout the town from West Street to East Street and including the Boundary Walls.  The town offers museums, traditional style pubs and contemporary coffee shops. There are excellent schools, from nurseries to the University for the Creative Arts; your children’s education is well catered for.
