Great places to cool off with the kids this week in Surrey…

It looks as though the weather is going to be hot as from Wednesday this week so we have checked out some of the outdoor paddling pools available across Surrey:

Stokepark - Nightingale Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1EP: This is a great place to feed the ducks, take a dip and have a picnic.

There are also open air standard paddling pools at the following locations:

Colliers Wood Recreation Ground -South Gardens, SW19 2NT
Joseph Hood Recreation Ground - Martin Way, Morden, SW20 9BX
King Georges Playing Fields - Tudor Drive, Morden, SM4 4PN
Morden Park - London Road, Morden, SM4 4SF
Rowan Road Recreation Ground - Rowan Road, SW16 5JF
Sir Joseph Hood Memorial Playing Fields - Marina Avenue, New Malden, KT3 6NE
Tamworth Recreation Ground - London Road, Mitcham, CR4 3LB

Wimbledon Park is also a great place to spend the day, it offers all types of water sports as well as a paddling pool and is open from 8.00 am until dusk each day.

There are so many outdoor wild swimming areas such as lakes, swimming rivers and Lidos in and around Surrey. The Outdoor Swimming Society have put together a map of all of these locations, so to see what is in your area, please check out their website.
