We are actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Goodfellows priority is to ensure the Health and Safety of our colleagues, clients, customers and all tenants whilst also ensuring that we will continue to maintain the level of service that consumers have come to expect from us.
At the moment, it is business as usual, we are taking steps to mitigate the impact of the changing situation in-line with Government guidance. Should they increase control which impacts on our ability to perform for a period we have the following measures in place.
Staff who have recently returned from overseas where the virus has become widespread will be asked to work from home for a 7 day period.
Any member of staff showing signs of possible symptoms will be asked to stay at home for a period of 7 days.
In the event that there is a lock down in place Goodfellows have two offices ready to enable the teams to continue working effectively.
All branches have hand wash to ensure that staff continue to keep their hands clean and free from infection.
