Introduction to Wimbledon Chase

Wimbledon Chase is situated perfectly between Wimbledon and Raynes Park – it offers cosmopolitan living with excellent rail links to London Waterloo in half an hour, and other London stations in under an hour.  The schools in the area are highly rated and sought after by parents.  There is a choice of state and independent schools for all ages.  With open and recreational spaces in abundance locally, the historic All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club or “Wimbledon” to us Andy Murray fans and Cannizaro Park with its 300 year old grade 2 listed gardens feature heavily on the must see lists for most visitors, whilst Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park are only a short drive away too, proof that it’s sometimes hard to believe you’re so close to London and all that it has to offer.

Almost adjacent Wimbledon Chase station, Abbey Court stands proudly with its elegant façade and soon to feature Costa Coffee parlour at ground floor level almost too convenient for us not so well trained baristas seeking a morning fix. The two bedroom apartments feature either large enclosed private terraces at the rear or front facing balconies for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. We hold the keys so viewing before or after work is possible and the Luxury New Homes team can be reached on 01372 745562 or click here for more information.

To complement the lifestyle which Abbey Court portrays, there is a wide range of independent restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Waitrose and other large chains within easy reach. Fitness fans are offered a choice of gyms such as the David Lloyd centre at Raynes Park, or Nuffield Health on Wimbledon Broadway.
