Morden Office Refit

It was 25 years ago when Goodfellows opened the first office in Morden, before then going on to open offices in Raynes Park, Mitcham, Carshalton Beeches, Cheam, Stonecot Hill and Merton Park.  Originally the current Lettings Office was home to the Sales team, as the business grew, Goodfellows took over the unit next door and sales moved across.  Lettings then had the initial unit and Property Management moved upstairs.

As part of our 25 Year celebrations, the Morden office has just had a complete refit, both inside and out, and is now looking very smart.  The external appearance has been brought up to date with beautifully lit signage and internal lights which really show the office, and the featured properties, off to their best advantage and even more so at night time.

The Sales and Lettings offices are adjacent to one another and we have a number of regular clients who use both departments.  Liz Colvin-Scott, Sales Manager is able to offer sound advice and together with her team, offers excellent customer service meaning that buyers and vendors are able to move quickly, with minimal stress. 

The Lettings office is managed by Sharmila Vythilingum, her team are actively working for landlords to locate suitable tenants.  Upstairs, Laura Lindsay manages the Property Management department which offers a complete service to landlords.  Her department provide a choice of options to landlords – once the tenant is secured, her team can completely manage the let so that landlords can relax in the knowledge that their property is in safe hands.

With the Sales and Lettings teams working closely together, investors are able to make the most of their knowledge and in some cases are able to purchase a property with tenants already in place; minimising the potential loss in income between the time taken to purchase the property and then securing a tenant.
