Thinking of Selling?

August 22nd 2014
By: Melanie Hollidge

House prices across the UK, and especially in the South of the UK have been rising rapidly over the past 18 months, with values rising as much as £23,000 in some areas.

The average home in the UK is now worth £265,000, according to official data, an increase of 10.2% year on year. Other good news for homeowners is that looks as though it is less likely that the Bank of England will increase interest rates for the foreseeable future, because of the recent fall in inflation.

If you are a property owner and would like to find out how much your property has increased over the past 18 months, then why not get in touch with Goodfellows, your local agent. We have nine branches across Surrey and London, including our new homes office.

Our team of expert estate agents will be able to give you an accurate market appraisal which will include local and national market information, details of comparable sold properties, local selling statistics and advice.

So why not pop into your local branch of Goodfellows for a chat and a coffee, or give us a call on 0845 372 7070 to find out more about what makes Goodfellows the number on choice of local estate agents in Surrey.
