Asking Prices on the up
A recent report from Rightmove suggests that asking prices have still been creeping up. The average asking price in March was £310,108, marking a 1.3% or £3,877 month-on-month increase, this figure is just £363 below a record high of £310,471, that was recorded in June last year.

New Shared Ownership in Burgess Hill
Goodfellows are offering a number of shared ownership two and three bedroom houses through Raven Housing Trust.  The site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, is on the site of the former Keymer brick and tiles works which has been redeveloped.  The developers worked closely with Natural England and the Natural History Museum to protect and record all the ecology and paleontological features of the site.
