Landlord Fees

When you choose to let your property with Goodfellows it is important that you understand and are aware of the landlord fees for the services that we provide. As well as our offering of service levels there are a range of additional fees that you may incur for certain activities. 

Please be aware that we may receive commission & referral fees from our panel of contractors

Landlord withdrawal after tenants are found - The landlord(s) will be liable for 50% of the letting fees should they withdraw their property once a tenant has been found and referenced through The Agent. The Agent will invoices The Landlord for all such charges and payment will be due within 30 days.
