Great team at Goodfellows, Cheam I had the pleasure of working with the team at the North Cheam branch near Sutton. Since I live in the NE of England I needed to work with an Agent that could really be my eyes and ears on the ground with the various interested parties. Upon walking in to the branch it was immediately clear that there was a real team spirit and a 'Can Do' culture about the place. Jamie Ford at the Mitcham branch is an excellent agent. He not only talks the talk but walks the walk as well. On the first consultation with him, he promised to sell my mums property within 8 weeks. So I specifically signed an 8 week only contract. Before mums property had gone on the market we were getting constant views. Barely 2 weeks of property being on the market mums property was sold for full asking price. Jamie and the other team members were always pleasant and helpful at all times. Jamie called periodically to keep us informed of thing from mums buyers side . He even replied to emails and messages on Sunday. Dealing with them was a smooth and pleasant experience. Would recommend them to anyone.
