Full Time Administrator: 

Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking to recruit an Administrator to support one of their sales team.

The successful candidate will be organised with solid administration experience ideally gained from the Estate Agency sector and willing to carry out a range of tasks. They will be efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent client care at all times.

Administrator:

Temp Position

Temporary position (maternity cover) but could progress into another permanent position within the company. Salary based upon experience. To join our Carshalton Beeches team. We are looking for a full-time administrator that can provide excellent customer service and possesses great communication skills! Minimum 1-year experience in Estate Agency, all though we may consider people with similar experience in a different industry. To work as part of our Carshalton Beeches team. 

Customer Service Executive:

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our Embrace Financial Services business based within our Goodfellows branch in Mitcham. Supporting the busy Financial Consultant your responsibilities will include pre and post sales administration for both Mortgage & Protection applications, the booking of warm leads produced by the Estate Agency Team, but also be able to find and book leads from all areas of the business.  There will also be other ad hoc administrative duties to support the Financial Consultant.The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills in a sales / customer focused environment, be really well organised and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will be a pro-active individual with the ability to work using your own initiative. You will be an effective communicator with confident interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have previously worked within a financial services / sales environment and have a keen desire to continue and develop your career within this industry.

Weekend Negotiator:

Property Manager: 

Salary: Competitive salary based upon experience

Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team in Morden and provide a first class professional property management service their landlords and tenants.  Dealing with the administration, solving problems arising from tenancies and negotiating solutions within the legal framework that exists for landlord and tenants.

This is a challenging and demanding role and the candidate must have previous experience of property management gained in an Estate Agents or Property Management company.

Accounts Administrator:

Salary: Competitive salary based upon experience

We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the Property Management Team in Morden.  We are looking for someone who is friendly, personable and reliable with previous experience in the lettings industry that is wanting to join their expanding team.

Sales Negotiator:

OTE £25,000 – £32,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator with drive, determination and commitment to enhance our residential market in our Mitcham office. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have determination and commitment to succeed then we would love to hear from you. Previous EA experience a necessity.

Administrator:

£21-£25k 

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Land & New Homes department based in Leatherhead. Salary based upon experience. 

Assistant Sales Manager:

OTE £35,000 – £40,000

We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager or an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready for their next step. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have determination and commitment to succeed then we would love to hear from you. Previous EA experience a necessity.

Lettings Manager:

Epsom

OTE £32,000 – £40,000

We are expanding and looking for a Lettings Manager or an Assistant Manager ready for the next step in their career to join our team and build up our business.

Income Protection Consultant:

OTE £50,000

A position has become available for an Income Protection Consultant to join the expanding team as part of the EMS team and Goodfellows. If you have a thorough knowledge of the Aviva products and are able to influence and sell with a good financial services background then please apply.

Financial Consultant:

OTE £60,000

A position has become available for an experienced Financial Consultant to join the expanding team within Goodfellows as part of the EMS team. Previous experience essential with full CeMAP required or equivalent.
