Laura has been part of the Goodfellows team for the last 2 years and is in charge of the Property Management Department. She is always around if you need a chat about your property, giving advice on complete refurbishment works or general maintenance. Laura has been in charge of a number of projects over the past couple of years (Project Management) which has increased the client’s rental yields when bringing their property back to the market. Laura has extensive knowledge of the local area having lived in the Merton area all her life. She brings passion and commitment to her role in Property Management and is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Laura is part of the Goodfellows running club and her son has recently joined the Goodfellows sporting community by playing for the football team.
Julie has been working for Goodfellows heading up the Admin and Accounts Team for lettings since June 2000. Much loved by our long term landlords even when they have sold on their properties, they still come into the office to see Julie and ask for advice. Taking time off to become a mother to Lucy who is now 4, she enjoys socialising and has become a regular member of the local Catholic Church. She has lived in the Morden area all her life and is always on hand to give legal advice to our clients who regularly pop in for a coffee.
Linda has been working with the Goodfellows Accounts department since August 2013 bringing with her a wealth of experience with 9 years in accounts and administration. She has proved herself to be a competent, reliable member of the team with good listening skills when tenants or landlords have tenancy issues. Linda has lived locally all her life and is always on hand for helpful advice with the area. Linda enjoys reading, cooking, socializing and going for walks around the local area.
Marion is the newest recruit to the Property Management Team based in Morden, bringing with her over 30 years experience which she has gained across the property, banking, cosmetics and recruitment industries. As a busy working mum she spends her time juggling life at home in Purley with her husband and two daughters - one of which she has already recruited to work as our Weekend Sales /Viewing Assistant, to that of helping to run our extremely busy and ever growing Property Management Department.
Tilly Joined Goodfellows Lettings and Management in September 2014 with the role of Junior Administrator and is new to Estate Agency. She lives in West Ewell and had been at Sixth form studying her A-Levels which included Art, Media and Travel and Tourism, she enjoys socializing and going out with her friends and family.
