Mini Day!

March 6th 2015

The Mini is iconic. Traditionally British and chosen for its looks and image rather than size.  First produced in August 1959, the Mini was marketed under the Austin and Morris names – as the Morris Mini-Minor and the Austin Seven and the basic model sold for £497.  Now the style has evolved and is available with 5 doors and sells from just over £14,000.
Brooklands museum in Weybridge will be celebrating the Mini on Sunday 29th March - all types of Mini are included, of all ages, from pick ups to vans and all the variations!  Test Hill will be open too, weather permitting, and you can have a go yourself.
If you own a mini and want to take part then have a look at the website and follow the instructions.  There will also be a variety of trade stands which will sell mini parts, spares and memorabilia.
