At Goodfellows, our Property Management Department offer a range of services to Landlords who opt for the Fully Managed Service. Our dedicated team offer a single point of contact for both landlord and tenant, taking the stress away from renting your property and the day to day management that it entails.
The management department have a comprehensive list of trusted and approved contractors, who have been with Goodfellows for a number of years. They provide services ranging from the very smallest of issues such as a leaking tap to full refurbishment works. Your experienced Property Manager will carry out twice yearly visits to ensure the tenants are looking after your property and provide a detailed report with photographs for peace of mind.
The team are on hand to offer advice and guidance throughout your let, and provide free quotations for works that are required, or for works that could be carried out to maximise your rental income potential.
The Property Management team have guided existing and also new landlords through full refurbishments, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to 4 bedroom town houses. We helped the landlords maximise their rental income by £400 per calendar month on a recent 1 bed property and £500 per calendar month for a 4 bedroom town house. Every property is different and our experienced staff are on hand to advise what work could be carried and would be beneficial for maximising rental income; from a lick of paint to freshen up, to replacing carpets, and in some cases new kitchens and bathrooms. Goodfellows are on hand to talk you through options and will project manage the work to ensure everything is carried out to the highest standard and ensuring peace of mind to you the landlord.
