Raynes Park, SW20, is located only 8 miles from central London and has numerous open spaces and an historic woodland. With open spaces for cycling, walking and fishing, Cannon Hill Common has something for everyone.

Government announcement on Section 21
Today, the UK Government has announced its intention to abolish Section 21 notices for eviction on residential tenancies in England as part of efforts to create open ended tenancies for all private renters. Section 8 evictions are also set to be reformed and a consultation will be launched shortly to gather evidence from stakeholders and the general public.
